LUXTA’S GENUINE SANITARY WARE WARRANTY REGULATION

During the warranty time, every genuine Luxta products has any manufacturer technical defects are warranted for free of charge. The warranty period is valid from the purchase date (confirm in the warranty form or sales invoice).
All products must be installed and used in accordance with instructions in the warranty form.
Warranty period specified for each type of product:

+ Hot and cold faucet body (include Cartridge valve): 5 years warranty (equivalent to use 500,000 times).

+ Cold faucet body (include Cartridge valve): 3 years warranty (equivalent to use 300,000 times).

+ Accessories (include hand showers, shower cable, plastic accessories, induction, rubber valves parts): 1 year warranty.

Product loss or damage caused by transportation, wrong installation, unreasonable use, misuse, overuse, neglect, and wrong maintenance; disassemble, repair product, and replace product’s accessories or parts, which is not provided by LUXTA; even damages caused by the consumer, seller, contractors, or any other person. (Intentionally or unintentionally).
Damage or loss due to rubbing reduces gloss, scratches, stains due to prolonged use, due to cleaning or unsuitable water and environmental conditions.
Perishable and regular replacement parts such as rubber parts (gaskets), racks.
Cracked cartridge valve.
Damage and loss are not covered by the stated liability or the time of purchase exceeds the warranty period.
Use sackcloth or rough surface material when cleaning, causing the surface of the product to be abraded, scratched.
Use or allow detergent containing acids, caustic soda, varnish, corrosive solutions to contact the surface of the product, causing stains or the plating
Use the product in an environment contaminated with alum, acid, or high calcium content that will affect the surface of the plating.
Commercial projects with a sale contract will be warranted under specific warranty policies.
