SHIPPING POLICY

1. Scope of application:

All customers buy products at the showroom or online, and want to deliver directly to home, at the construction site (in Ho Chi Minh area).

2. Application method:

Free delivery: Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City inner area – According to the company’s regulations (attached the list – the order value corresponds to the delivery kilometer).

Delievery charge:

  • Except for the above free delivery, the remaining cases will be charged according to the shipping fee table of the 3rd shipping unit or according to the company’s fee table.
  • Staff notify and confirm with customers before customers make payment.

Delivery via forwarder:

  • The company will deliver the goods to the forwarder according to the customer’s designation or forwarder is recommended by the company.
  • In some objective cases, the company may delay delivery due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdown on the delivery route,…
  • Delivery outside Ho Chi Minh City according to the agreed time (the unit is days).

Delivery via shipping unit (There are many apps such as giaohangtietkiem, giaohangnhanh, …)

  • Sign principle contract with shipping units.
  • According to the regulations of the transport unit.
  • Transfer orders to outsourced shipping units.
  • Delivery outside Ho Chi Minh City according to the agreed time (the unit is days).

Note: Shipping costs will be calculated by physical weight, if the product specification is too large, it will be converted to volume and then calculated for the total physical weight, the shipping fee will increase if the volume is large. (Details will be completed later).

3. Responsibility for transported goods

  • Our shipping service will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage of the goods during transportation
  • If we deliver and collect money at the construction site or at your home, please pay the remaining amount to the delivery staff after receiving the goods.
  • You are responsible for checking the goods after receiving. When detecting damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or wrong goods, please sign to confirm the condition of the goods with the delivery staff. Then, contact customer service to get it resolved.
  •  After you have signed to receive the goods without notes or comments about the goods, we are not responsible for the return requests because of damaged, scratched, broken, dented, wrong goods, … of customers in the future.
  • If the shipping unit is designated and selected by customer, customer will be responsible for the goods and risks such as loss or damage during the transportation from the warehouse or forwarder to customer. The customer will incur the costs and related losses.

4. Other conditions

  • Free shipping policy does not apply to products purchased during promotions time.
  • We only deliver to the correct recipient that you have registered when purchasing. During the delivery process, if there is an unclear change of recipient, we have the right to refuse delivery and ask the customer to receive the goods at our point of sale or warehouse
  • In case we have shipped the goods to the delivery location as agreement at the time of purchase, but for some reason the customer requests to change the delivery location, the customer must incur the shipping costs to the new pick-up points according to our price list.
  • During special days or festivals, due to limited of general traffic policy (seal off roads for some vehicles…) delivery time may change. We will call customers to agree on the delivery time.
  • We only deliver goods to the construction site.
