WARRANTY POLICY

LUXTA SHOWER WARRANTY REGULATIONS

Warranty regulations for genuine LUXTA faucets and accessories:

1. Warranty Policy:

  • All products manufactured by LUXTA are eligible for free warranty service within the warranty period for any technical defects caused by the manufacturer. The warranty period is calculated from the date of purchase (verified by the warranty card or sales invoice).
  • Products must be installed and used in accordance with the instructions on the warranty card.
  • Warranty periods for each type of product:

+ Hot and cold faucet body (including cartridge valve): 5 years or equivalent to 500,000 uses.

+ Cold faucet body (including cartridge valve): 3 years or equivalent to 300,000 uses.

+ Accessories (including hand showers, shower hoses, plastic accessories, sensors, and rubber valve components): 1 year.

2. Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Damage or loss due to incorrect transportation, improper installation, unreasonable use, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper maintenance of the product; disassembly or repair using parts or accessories not supplied by LUXTA, including damage caused by the user, seller, contractors, or any other person (whether accidental or intentional).
  • Damage or wear caused by friction reducing gloss, scratches, stains from prolonged use, cleaning activities, or unsuitable water and environmental conditions.
  • Parts that are easily damaged and require frequent replacement such as rubber components (gaskets) and holders.
  • Broken or cracked cartridge valve.
  • Damage or loss outside the stated warranty responsibility or after the warranty period has expired.
  • Use of hard cloths or abrasive materials when cleaning, causing the product’s surface to wear or scratch.
  • Exposure to cleaning agents containing acid, alkali, polish, or corrosive solutions that cause stains or peeling of the plating layer.
  • Use of the product in environments containing alum, acid, or high calcium content that affects the plated surface.
  • Commercial projects will have a separate warranty policy when purchased under a contract.
