DELIVERY POLICY

1. Scope of Application:

All customers purchasing products at the showroom or online who require direct delivery to their home or construction site (within Ho Chi Minh City).

2. Application Method:

Free Delivery: Free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City – According to company regulations (accompanied by a list – order value corresponding to delivery distance in km).

Paid Delivery:

  • Other than the free delivery cases above, all remaining cases will be charged according to the shipping fee table of the third-party carrier or the company’s fee schedule.
  • Staff will inform and confirm with the customer before payment is made.

Delivery via Local Freight Service:

  • The company will deliver goods to the local freight service as designated by the customer or as recommended by the company.
  • In certain objective circumstances, delivery may be delayed due to force majeure conditions such as bad weather, unfavorable traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns during delivery, etc.
  • Delivery to suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City will be according to mutual agreement (unit: days).

Delivery via Courier Services (with apps such as Giao Hàng Tiết Kiệm, Giao Hàng Nhanh, etc.)

  • Sign framework contracts with courier service providers.
  • Follow the regulations of the courier service providers.
  • Transfer orders to the outsourced courier service provider.
  • Delivery to suburban areas of Ho Chi Minh City will be according to mutual agreement (unit: days).

Note: Shipping costs will be calculated based on weight. If the product dimensions are too large, they will be converted to volume to calculate the total weight. Shipping costs will increase if the volume is large. (Details will be completed later)

3. Responsibility for Transported Goods

  • Our delivery service will be responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during transportation.
  • If delivery and payment collection occur directly at the construction site or at your home, please pay the remaining balance to the delivery staff after receiving the goods.
  • Customers are responsible for checking the goods upon receipt. If goods are found to be damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, please sign to confirm the condition with the delivery staff. Then contact our customer service department for assistance.
  • Once the customer has signed to receive the goods without any notes or feedback about the product, we will not be responsible for subsequent requests for returns or exchanges due to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, incorrect goods, etc.
  • If the delivery service is designated and chosen by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the goods and any risks such as loss or damage during transportation from the warehouse or local freight service to the customer. The customer will bear all related costs and losses.

4. Other Conditions

  • The free delivery policy does not apply to products purchased during promotional programs such as golden hours, shock prices, etc.
  • We only deliver to the recipient registered at the time of purchase. If there is an unclear change of recipient during delivery, we reserve the right to refuse delivery and request that the customer collect the goods at our store or warehouse.
  • If we have delivered goods to the agreed delivery location at the time of purchase, but the customer requests a change in the delivery location, the customer will be charged the delivery fee to the new address according to our fee schedule.
  • On special days or holidays when general traffic policies are restricted (road closures for certain vehicles, etc.), delivery times may change. We will contact the customer to agree on the delivery time.
  • We only deliver goods to the construction site location.
