RETURN POLICY

EXCHANGE REGULATIONS

Items for exchange must be unused, undented, unscratched, with the manufacturer’s original seal intact, and remain in their original packaging, straps, and carton box (if any)… If the packaging is torn or damaged, compensation must be made according to the Company’s specified rates;

Customers may exchange for another product of the same type, size, model code, and selling price; or exchange for a different type, size, or model code with a higher value than the exchanged product. (customers are kindly requested to pay the price difference)

Customers are responsible for transporting the goods to the Company’s warehouse for exchange. If customers request the Company to handle transportation, the Company will calculate the transportation fee and inform the customers for mutual agreement;

Exchange period: No more than 6 months from the date of shipment (for stores/agents) and 7 days from the date of receipt (for retail customers)

Retail customers must present the company’s purchase invoice.
